[mapguide-users] Missing session timeout message in AjaxViewer

Maybe it got removed on the naive assumption that since it now pings to keep
alive, there was no need to handle the case of expired session.

Are you getting silent failures because the MG server got restarted since
the AJAX viewer loaded and the AJAX viewer didn't say anything?
