[mapguide-users] Missing session timeout message in AjaxViewer

There can be many scenarios where a silent error occurs:

1. MapGuide Service down (maintenance, failure, etc.)
2. IIS stopped 
3. StandBy mode of the client computer (SESSIONTIMEOUT-request cannot be
send from browser)

This happens quite regularly and when there are more then 100 users logged
in, then this can be very annoying for the users. But it could be that this
error message just exists in my memory.
