Was able to reach data via Library on direct feature source
http://localhost/mapguide/rest/library/GIS/Data/SC_GEO.FeatureSource/features/dbo/g_hydrants?filter=gisid%20LIKE%20%27HY%%27

but not via session on Featuresource

http://localhost/mapguide/rest/session/e21e51f2-8972-11e5-8000-34e6d7096bee_en_MTI3LjAuMC4x0AFC0AFB0AFA/SC_GEO.FeatureSource/features/dbo/g_hydrants?filter=gisid%20LIKE%20%27HY%%27

same error type
