[mapguide-users] Need Help to build and compile mapguide-react-layout

Hi,
I want to build and compile mapguide-react-layout source code 
OS : Windows 8.1 x64
1) i install node latest version (7.2.1)
2) install yarn  v0.17.10
3) in the root of source folder  typed "*yarn install*"
but i see this error :
*Command: C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe:*
*Arguments: /d /s /c node ./bin/closure-util.js update*
*ERR! closure-util Could not find the End of Central Directory Record at end
*
*info install Downloading
https://github.com/google/closure-library/archive/v20160619.zip *
at end of task
And in the build folder i see .js files of all typescript files
Please Help me
