[mapguide-users] mg-Desktop crash when started without network connection

It crashes but not on the same file.

This is what Process Monitor logs when the exception occures.

The file is also accessed some miliseconds before to preform the operation
"SetDispositionInformationFile".
Does this occur because the computer is too slow?
