[mapguide-users] Creating tiled map from untiled

I've got untiled map, what is the best way to create a tiled map from the
given map?

I've compared the xmls and found that <MapLayer> in untiled map, was renamed
to <BaseMapLayer>.
And there are <FiniteDisplayScale> parameters in tiled map.

Should I edit xml, manually or there is a better way to achieve this?
