[mapguide-users] AWS RDS PostgreSQL FDO error (permission denied to pg_authid)

Hi Jack,

I downloaded the FDO 4.1 and made the change myself and builded a windows
x64 PostgreSQLProvider.dll. It is working. Unfortunally I saw this post to
late, It would save me a lot of work, it was no easy to make the build.
