[mapguide-users] mapserver2017 + mgReact-0.14.8 Error - Unexpected token '<', "

[Nimrod Cnaan]

When using mgReact-0.14.8 on MapServer2017 windows machine, layout is not
showing.
Instead we get en error - Unexpected token '<', "
