[mapguide-users] PHP Vulnerability

Hi Martyn,

I will put out a new beta release by the end of this week. Failing that,
early next week.

It may or may not have any significant features or fixes since the previous
beta, but it will definitely have the latest PHP and Apache bits bundled.
