[mapguide-users] What is left before MGOS 4.0 RC1

Hi All,

Another update.

Just as I make a breakthrough on one item, another item conspires to set me
back!

In this case, it's the API documentation effort. The tool I adopted for
generating .net API documentation (docfx), now no longer wants to generate
a functional API documentation website based on the docfx config that I had
initially laid out in Nov 2023!

Rather than waste precious time right now finding out what docfx broke and
holding back RC1, I'm going to park this documentation work as a RC1 <->
Final activity and instead move on to the other items.

FDO now has an official 4.2 branch and all builds of MGOS 4.0 will now be
based on this branch of FDO.

I am continuing with the managed binding finalization work (fixing up code
samples, verifying dev patterns for our nuget packages, etc) before moving
to a final sweep of web tier component updates and then it's finally time
to put out that RC1 release!
