Hi All,

I am pleased to announce the availability of MapGuide Open Source 4.0 RC1

This release marks the beginning of our home stretch towards our long
awaited 4.0 final release. Only bugs of a show-stopping nature will be
addressed going forward.

Refer to the release notes above for a summary of changes since the Beta 3
release.
