1. Invoke Site Admin and go to the Configure Logs page.
2. Select the Trace tab and check the name specified for the file. This file should be currently residing in the server's Logs folder. 3. Modify the set of parameters for the Trace log and hit Save.
4. Hit another tab on the Configure Logs page - this will cause some entries to be written to the active Trace log.
5. Check the server's Logs folder. The Trace log should have been archived and a new file opened when the parameter set was modified. This is not the case. The same active file is in use. The most recent entries use the new paramenter configuration.
6. Also notice that the filename is suffixed with a two-digit suffix, corresponding to the the current date depending on the archive frequency specifier (day, month, or year).

Server logs should be archived when the logging paramters have changed so the the log metadata is in sync with the log contents. The archived log file names should be suffixed with the time of the archive. Archives should also be created based on the archive frequency specifier. The intended behaviour is currently not the actual behaviour. The active log have the wrong name, and the active logs are showing up in the archive logs tab of the Manage Logs page.
