This submission fixes a few things that the measure commands was doing wrong, mainly:

  - distance segment features were created in Lat/Lon instead of the map coordinate system

  - distance calculation didn't distinguish the type of coordinate system, leading to wrong results. Now the calculation uses a great circle mehod for geographic coordinate systems, and an euclidian method otherwise
