Interesting. I have never looked at the GETSPATIALCONTEXTS method. Invoking
this method on my Oracle features source (activeOnly = false) returns an
empty XML document:

<FdoSpatialContextList>
   <ProviderName/>
</FdoSpatialContextList>

Is that supposed to happen? Whenever I invoke this on another feature source
(like an SDF datasource), it returns me a reasonable looking document.
