I had a similar problem with the same Message.

 

After I set the Website to run in "High isolation" mode it worked.

Maybe this helps in your case too.

 

Start the IIS Manager, go to the Properties of your Web site.

At the Bottom of the Tab "Virtual Dircetory" there is a combobox to change this mode.
