coordinate system missing ?

May be some problems occur while missing this coordinate system on our computers ?

WGS84 Lat/Long's, Degre (WGS84 Lat/Long's, Degrees, -180 ==> +180)

I found this in the sample map of Sheboygan in the map definition sector - could anyone imagine that this is one reason for my raster problem ?
