[mapguide-users] Manage Logs broken in 1.0.2

I had this problem at some point, but it went away and I'm  can't
remember what I did or replicate the problem.  My logs are on a
different volume (through path settings in the siteconfig.ini file).
Maybe I had to go in and re-configure them? 

Are the logs actually getting generated?
