Manage Logs broken in 1.0.2

Yeah, logs are getting generated. I haven't made any configuration changes or
anything odd like that. Weird. Not something I actually need, just weird. 

I may need to do a fresh re-install. Perhaps an older version of the
installation is screwing things up (and who knows what else).
