Thk for the help.

1st. answer:
 I'd tried other parameters to login in the mapagent.fcgi, but Administrator
and Password is the correct sentence. thk

2nd answer:
 I've used a function called GetLocalizationPath with some modifications.

Now my app run perfectly to upload resources. Only take seconds to modify
any parameter on some layers (I hate modify a color in 76 equal layers, for
example).
