[MapProxy] file system ?

I guess you have a lot of tiles then. We never had this issue, because we use either dynamic  caching or no caching at all for lower levels. 

You can get the number of inodes with `tune2fs -l /dev/mydisk`. That number is configurable, but as far as I know ext4 only allows this on file system creation.
