[MapProxy] arbitrary new wms sources at runtime, without rewriting services.yml?

Hi, I'm using MapProxy to do on-the-fly reprojection of WMS EPSG:4326 to
spherical merc, and want to do so at runtime for any arbitrary WMS source...
is it possible to add sources without rewriting the services.yml file and
rebooting?
