[MapProxy] cache problem SRS31467

Hi,

we fixed the problem with the srs cache: http://bitbucket.org/olt/mapproxy/changeset/612751d4609d

If you use 31467 for caching data, you should define a bbox in your service.yaml.
For example: 
bbox: '2975011.451429598,5439791.798141846,4092440.283513857,6152881.540401965'
