[MapProxy] seeding only possible with etc/mapproxy

Hi Oliver,

only nice to have :

I can't seed in the 0.9+ version with "mapproxy-seed -c2 -f  
mapproxy.yaml seed.yaml" inside my etc directory. I have to go outside  
and use "mapproxy-seed -c2 -f etc/mapproxy.yaml etc/seed.yaml". I  
think the problem is line 354 in  
site-packages/mapproxy/seed/__init__.py :
conf = ProxyConfiguration(yaml.load(open('etc/mapproxy.yaml')))

May be it is a bit hard coded or? :-)
