[MapProxy] New MapProxy 0.9.0b2 release

Hi,

we put up a second beta version for the upcoming 0.9.0 release of MapProxy.

The latest release is available at:

http://mapproxy.org/static/rel/MapProxy-0.9.0b2.tar.gz

To update within your virtualenv:

$ pip install http://mapproxy.org/static/rel/MapProxy-0.9.0b2.tar.gz

Updated documentation is available at:

http://mapproxy.org/docs/0.9.0b2/


Changes since the last 0.9.0b1 release:

- new minimize_meta_requests option (see: http://mapproxy.org/docs/0.9.0b2/configuration.html#minimize-meta-requests)
- moved python implementation dependent code to mapproxy.platform module
- minor improvements and bug fixes
