Hi,

I'm having a problem with the GetCapabilities request from our
production MapProxy instance.
When I try to access the GetCapabilities from
http://<productionserver>/mapproxy/service?REQUEST=GetCapabilities

I get an Internal Server Error 500 from Apache (MapProxy is running via
Apache2 with mod_fcgid).

And the following appaers in the error logs:

2011-04-27 10:24:14,706 - INFO -
1466:mapproxy.config.loader:load_configuration - Reading services
configuration: /var/local/mapproxy/etc/mapproxy.yaml

I think the critical line is the "read data timeout"? The funny thing
is, on my test virtual machine with the same configuration and setup
(also with Apache+mod_fcgid) this is working, no errors are logged.
The key grid warnigs are also appearing on the test environment for
normal tile requests (but not on the GetCapabilities request, for the
GetCapabilities Request there are no logs at all on the
testenvironment), so I don't think key grid issue is causing the
GetCapabilities issue?
Can it be some access rights? At least this is what could be different
on the production setup from the testenvironment...

Thanks very much and regards,
Christian
