[MapProxy] configure mapproxy

Hi,
configuring mapproxy dont seems so easy...
My environment is the following:
I have two or more qgis (or commercial) clients and I want to connect
to a wms service. Betwheen myself a the wms services there is firewall
(that I manage) with dansguardian, squid and mapproxy installed.
The wms url is the following:
 http://wms.pcn.minambiente.it/cgi-bin/mapserv.exe?map=/ms_ogc/service/date_ortofoto_colore_00_32.map
If connect qgis by dansguardia/squid it works.. if I connect by
mapproxy it give me a 404 error:

http://wms.pcn.minambiente.it/cgi-bin/mapserv.exe?map=/ms_ogc/service/date_ortofoto_colore_00_32.map&SERVICE=WMS&REQUEST=GetCapabilities
HTTP/1.1" 404 -
My configuration file is that mapproxy create by default..
