[MapProxy] <MaxScaleDenominator> or <MinScaleDenominator> from source WMS layer

Dear Oliver,

I think that Mapproxy is not able to take <MaxScaleDenominator> or 
<MinScaleDenominator>
automatically from source WMS layers.

You have to define it manually in Mapproxy layer.

Is it true?
