[MapProxy] no space left on device

Hi Oliver,

Thanks for the fix. :)

I installed it. The problem is that I have so many files in the tile_locks
dir that

rm *

or

rm -r tile_locks

takes ages to run and takes all resources of the machine.

So I'm not sure whether it is seeding anything at the moment or is just
locked by the other process.
