SV: SV: [MapProxy] installation problem

I had exactly this error message a couple of months ago
(http://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/mapproxy/2010-December/000297.html)
and setting a Windows Environment Variable for "MAPPROXY_USE_PYPROJ"
to True worked for me.
