[MapProxy] mapproxy configure

Hello there!
I'm newbie in mapproxy and python. My platform is Windows.
I installed it successfully in my machine. I use manual in mapproxy.org
Tell me please,
1)where can I get an example of the use mapproxy with local mapserver or
with osm.org?
2) Why not working http://localhost:8080/proxy/services? in qGIS? What's
wrong?
Error downloading "
http://localhost:8080/proxy/service?SERVICE=WMS&REQUEST=GetCapabilities -
server replied" Not Found
3)where can I configure that the mapproxy automaticaly has downloaded tiles
from osm.org (generalization)?
