[MapProxy] limiting image width and height in WMS requests?

you are right about the web mercator codes and I recommend using EPSG:3857. But some services don't support that code (ArcServer 9 only supports 102100/102113) and so MapProxy needs to know that it can access data for web mercator projection with these srs codes without any transformation.
It does not advertise these SRS in the capabilities though.
