[MapProxy] Uppercase Param Names

If you can connect the source WMS administrator you can perhaps remind that the WMS standard says

“6.4 Request Parameter Rules
6.4.1 Parameter Ordering and Case
Parameter names shall not be case sensitive, but parameter values shall be case sensitive.
In this document, parameter names are typically shown in uppercase for typographical
clarity, not as a requirement.”

All uppercase workaround setting in MapProxy could be useful, though.

Aihe: [MapProxy] Uppercase Param Names

Hi all,

Just wondering if the change referred to in this post http://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/mapproxy/2011-March/000584.html ever made it into MapProxy?

I've got a source WMS server that refuses to respond to WMS requests where all of the parameters aren't entirely uppercase.
