[MapProxy] mapproxy and mapnik2

Hi Luca,

I am having this same situation. I am sure I have the right user
permissions settings for the httpd (apache) user, to write and clean lock
tiles (using RedHat machines).

My solution was: seed all tiles with mapproxy-seed in first...mapproxy wsgi
integration seems ok just fetching existing tiles, in this case, over WMS.
