[MapProxy] Using Leaflet with MapProxy TMS and a non-standard projection

Hi,

I've just written up some notes on using Leaflet and Proj4Leaflet to
display a TMS served up by MapProxy in a projection other than the
usual Google/OSM web projections. Thought it might be of interest to
