[MapProxy] MapProxy & WFS?

Hi,

We have a GeoServer instance running which delivers png images (a WMS request) and gml data (a WFS request) of our geospatial data. Today we tried to put MapProxy between the GeoServer instance and our web gis client. Configuring MapProxy to return the png images wasn't a problem at all, but we can't find a solution to retrieve the gml data through MapProxy.

Is MapProxy capable to handle WFS requests (caching is not needed)? Or just pass them through to GeoServer? If it is, how do you have to configure MapProxy?

Finally we want to implement an authorization callback for both WMS and WFS requests. So it would be nice if the callback can be used for both request types.
