Thank you! - It was successfull.

I moved "grids []" in cache to "grid" in source.

But doing the same for some other layers (without "origin"-option) was not a good idea.
A cache "cache_data/*_EPSG900913" was build but no WMS-response.
For this layers I habe now grid(s) in cache AND source.
