Yes that is the problem. df-i says:

/dev/xvda1     19660800 19660800        0  100% /home/ozeinz/cache/mapproxy 

Where 0 = the number of available inodes.

Hi,

just a guess, perhaps you ran out of inodes?
What does a 'df -i' on your filesystem say?
If you actually ran out of inodes you have to create your filesystem with other options (see man-pages according to your used filesystem)
