[MapProxy] KML in Google Maps

Hi Oliver,

I think that might be a separate issue - I've upped the width/height constraints on the backend ArcGIS Server to get rid of those errors and it's still wonky.

I'll send you the config and a link to test with offline.

MapProxy is making requests for missing tiles to your source and this source returns these service exceptions. You should check the source request that MapProxy makes.

Please post your config if you can't get it to work.
