[MapProxy] TMS root resource ?

Hi all,

I have a software that needs the root resource to use TMS.
Is there a way to obtain this resource with MapProxy ?

This software particularly needs this kind of information :

<?xml version="1.0" ?>
  <Services>
    <TileMapService title="Example Static Tile Map Service" version="1.0.0" href="http://www.osgeo.org/services/tilemapservice.xml" />
  </Services>
