[MapProxy] how to use the input local tiles and get the output WMS?

Hello!
I have any local tiles of any local area which was gotten via seeding
process. May I configure mapproxy that I can use a local tile directory on
my computer as a source  and get the output then WMS ?
If so is there an example how to do it?
Suggestions?
