[MapProxy] WMS: "pure" Python or WSGI?

Yeah, I've alread tried this and got good performance.
I'll try uWSGI and other services in future... there are lots of
possibilities for Python and MapProxy :)

Yeah, I got it all working. I think, I'll post a small How-To soon
