[MapProxy] Reprojection TMS EPSG:102067 to EPSG:4326

Hello,

I'm only a family researcher and need help from the Mapproxy experts. I 
want to reproject the TMS source 
http://geoportal.gov.cz/ArcGIS/rest/services/CENIA/cenia_rt_ortofotomapa_historicka/MapServer/tile/ 
(example tile: 
http://geoportal.gov.cz/ArcGIS/rest/services/CENIA/cenia_rt_ortofotomapa_historicka/MapServer/tile/0/0/0) 
from EPSG:102067 to EPSG:4326 for using in JOSM. Could anyone give me a 
Mapproxy configuration file for this case? Thanks for a reply.
