[MapProxy] No such file or directory

Hello!

Cannot run MapProxy on Windows 7 x64 installed within OSGeo4W environment:

C:\Users\User\Desktop\mymapproxy>mapproxy-util serve-develop -b 0.0.0.0
mapproxy.yaml
