[MapProxy] debug information in image

There is a way to annotate the image produced by MapProxy using the
Decorate Image API (http://mapproxy.org/docs/1.8.0/decorate_img.html) the
example in the docs does something along these lines adding information
about the request to the image. MapProxy will probably not have access to
rendering info such as DB request time etc. as this sort of info is the
concern of the map rendering software (MapServer, Mapnik etc.).

Hope that helps,

Matt.
