The upload of MapProxy 1.9.0 to the Debian archive has been rejected by
the FTP masters [0] because the CC-BY-SA license is not compatible with
the Debian Free Software Guidelines (DFSG) [1] and the Open Source
Definition [2] derived from it.
It seems that the metadata in the example configuration files and tests
was taken from the osm.omniscale.net service, which has since changed
the license to ODbL like OpenStreetMap did in 2012.
Shouldn't the AccessConstraints in the example configuration that uses
the osm.omniscale.net service be changed to ODbL too?
And wouldn't it be better to use more generic metadata instead of (some)
details for Omniscale in the example configuration files and tests?
