[MapProxy] Multiple Sources Presented as Single Layer

Hi,

your grid resolutions are not right. You have resolutions in the sub-milimeter range (0.0001672060 # 18).
The values on the right look better. Can't you use the GLOBAL_WEBMERCATOR grid?
