[MapProxy] tms cache problem

Dear list,

I am currently seeding some tiles using a ``tms''-like cache (
zz/xxxx/yyyy.format).

Folders' name do not a fixed number of digits (like instead applied to
other types of cache), while the cleanup runner seems to assume that e.g.
the 0-zoom level folder is called '00'.

Long story short, the tiles are not rm-ved from the filesystem: who's to
blame?

As a workaround I guess I'll switch to a different directory schema (e.g.
``tc'').
