[MapProxy] avoiding caching white tile

Hi,

Is it possible to avoid cacheing white tiles. It's useful for me to create the symbolic links when I have sea coverage for example but a white tile can indicate a temporary failure with one WMS source which can't find the source data but renders a white tile. I can use find and delete to remove the links but it's inidscriminate.
