[MapProxy] Use the cache only in a scale interval

Hi,

I like to configure the mapproxy the use the cache only in a predefined
scale interval
(low scale details) and retrieve always the map directly from the wms when
the map request is out of the scale interval (higher details).
Is this possible ?
