[MapProxy] mbtiles combination in mapproxy

Hi,

Would it be an option to merge the mbtiles first and serve the amalgamated
source as wmts?

If so, take a look at tile-join
https://github.com/mapbox/tippecanoe/blob/master/README.md#tile-join.
